Update 11/21/23: FedEx lost prior package. Retailer sent a replacement. FedEx said they delivered it 11/20, but no driver ever approached the location! Another lost package! What is going on with the drivers?!?! This is now 5 of 6 packages failed to deliver contrary to what their tracking shows. Of course so far no actual person at FedEx is willing to help or address the cause of lost/stolen packages, apparently by the drivers.
Update 11/16/23: FedEx still has not delivered the package and so far all their customer service has done is give me the option to sign up for notifications! I repeated my request for information about the package location, and when or if it would ever be delivered, several times, only to be talked over and repeatedly told I could only sign up for notifications. So 5 days later, no package and very poor "help" from FedEx, I contacted the shipper, who handled the matter in an entirely different, pleasant manner. Due to the poor performance of the Aurora, CO FedEx delivery I have had to stop ordering from most places that use FedEx for delivery. It probably has little to no impact on the situation but maybe, just maybe, someone will start showing a bit of care, concern, or even pride in being able to do their job as promised/contracted.
Update 11/14/23: Another package, tracking shows out for delivery on 11/11, but still no package. FedEx rep on phone repeats the standard "sorry"s and tells me in barely understandable dialect that it is out for delivery but cannot say where the package is. The same horrible delivery from the Aurora office continues.
Update 9/18/23: The horrible service continues. Once again a package that shows "out for delivery" at about 6:30 am can't seem to be delivered to a Walgreens in 2 days and counting... This Aurora FedEx delivery office really puts a very bad light on the rest of the company!!! Stay away if you can!
Do I have to give them even one star? Tracking is not updated in a timely manner. Once a package gets to this office it disappears for 3-4 days before before making it to a FedEx drop off location, which is the best I can hope for. The delivery drivers do not even attempt residential delivery, instead they are lazy liars, marking packages as no such address, or left at parcel locker when neither is true. This is not an isolated incident, as I experience a delivery failure with every package lately. It has been like this for over a year now and apparently they don't care. The foreigners on the 800 number(if you can even get to a real person) only repeat what is on the tracking page. The tracking page often does not reflect actual package status, then the CS rep will argue with you, call you a liar, refuse to answer questions, or allow contact with anyone else that might be able to help beyond reading the same screen I am. Packages are physically abused and damaged, not secured when on delivery trucks, nor are delivery instructions followed. This office should be ashamed that the rest of the system gets a package to them and then they totally fail to do their part by getting the package from their office to a customer in the local delivery area! Who pays for all these stolen, lost and damaged packages? I cringe when I have to use FedEx to get a package from a retailer because my delivery history shows there is less than a 25% chance the package will get delivered as contracted. I don't understand why FedEx does not address the issues and how people still pay for such a...
Read moreDo NOT waste your time unless you have too. I spent so much money to have this very important package delivered in time, not to mention all the loops I jumped through to order it in time, woke up at four am and stayed at home all day long awaiting this package. At 5 pm A neighbor received another package from FedEx and immediately knowing something was wrong I called to be told me package came at 2:25pm and wouldn't be deliverable until the next Monday by 8 pm. I asked why my package wasn't left and explained how I ordered it and specified no signature so it wouldn't be an issue as it has been numerous times before. I don't have but an hour until they close but am told if I rush I can make the store to pick it up. I went to my local FedEx as mentioned right away. After waiting in a line my turn arrived and the attendant walked away. Unaware of why I want being helped and why she would leave only myself, I began getting irritable and then I was approached by another worker that clearly didn't miss the rudeness that just happened asking how he could help. I explained everything and several minutes later I was given another excuse about my package and another facility. I agree to go to the next facility but don't expect much. I wouldn't be so upset if even one person up until now has been kind or even said I'm sorry and in some fashion acted like I deserved respect as a customer and human being. I was treated like I want important and that customers only matter when they're forking over cash for an overpriced box or packaging item. I will not ever order from any company that utilizes FedEx-Absolutely disgusted by this outrage they call customer service. Thank god for UPS! Never will...
Read moreI've had nothing but terrible service from this sort facility for the past several months; to the point that I always cringe when FedEx is the only shipper offered by an online retailer. My current experience with a package that I'm going through now, on top of reading others' bad experiences, has prompted me to finally write a bad review, which I've never done once in my life. I usually just let things go. I paid 2-day shipping on a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Tracking said "delivery was attempted at 7:19". This is a lie because I was home all evening. Additionally, both my account and the package itself indicate no signature required upon delivery. The big red flag is that the package was miraculously scanned back at the hub at 7:22, three minutes after delivery was attempted at my house, which is over a 30 minute drive. False attempted deliveries have happened numerous times with my packages that are getting delivered from this facility. I've even had a few packages "out for delivery" for several days in a row with no explanation, just "package delayed". It's also fair to say that at least 90% of my packages coming out of this facility in the past 6 months have arrived at least one day later than than the expected delivery date, and sometime two or three days late. The fact there's no direct phone number or email to contact anyone directly for FedEx does not help. If I had a choice, I would never use FedEx to have anything shipped to my home. This facility is a joke and I hope that things will change for the better with more people voicing their...
