Pretty bad sign when it’s completely dead on a Friday at dinner time. Zero diners. I ordered takeout, just got dumplings and tom kha. The dumplings were fried but somehow just so squishy. Not crisp in any way. Also, extreme bland. No flavor. Probably just frozen and microwaved. The tom Kha was alright, ordered medium plus spicy level with chicken. Comes with mushrooms and snow peas. Received very few pieces of chicken. The spice level was great, but the coconut milk had split so it wasn’t a nice smooth meal texture, rather slightly grainy. Overall not super pleased or impressed with my meal and don’t plan on coming back.

I had a bit of trepidation ordering as I am not a huge fan of Thai(don't judge me!). I'm so glad I did!!!!! I've never had combination fried rice made with Jasmine rice. What really took it over the top was that you get to pick the spice level. I picked medium. SO BEYOND AMAZING! I didn't even need soy sauce. The Broccoli dish was also super flavorful as well. More than enough portion wise. Thank you Ubon Thai for changing my thoughts on Thai cuisine.!

As a Thai, I would say this is truly authentic. The taste is so flavorful, not too juicy or dry. And the noodles were thoroughly cooked. I've had Pad Thai from several restaurants, and some of them are undercooked. I'd recommend the shrimp Pad Thai, which is a popular Thai dish that I enjoy! In addition, I like to add additional peanuts and squeeze lime on top. So, 10/10. Ubon Thai serves the greatest pad Thai in town!! 🤌🏻❤️🇹🇭🎉

We ordered 4 dishes - 80 bucks of food. I tasted 3 of the dishes (2 panang currys and a green curry) and they were... off, it tasted weird, not at all like panang curry, seemed watered down with very little seasoning. An analogy: Imagine ordering lemon garlic chicken and it not tasting at all like lemon or garlic - I don't even know what to say it tasted like. It didn't taste bad, but it didnt taste good. But because it didnt taste anything like what it should have tasted like, I ended up not even eating it and gave the leftovers to some homeless dudes... Gf says the soup was ok. Ive been eating curry from many places for many years, made it myself, once was a sous chef in an asian cuisine restaurant... it was weird and not good. Wish I requested a refund or something but we ordered carry out and obviously not...

Came here for my mom's 70th bday to grab a quick bite. It was an awful experience. Just trying to park in the parking lot wasn't easy. The staff wasn't good being they were hard to understand and not helpful. I had to go to them to put in our order, ask for a to go box, and our bill. Their were 3 people working there and only 3 tables were taken so it's not like they were busy. The one guy I'm pretty sure was the manager nor our waiter asked how our food was. The food wasn't very tasty either. We shared 4 appetizers and the wontons and veggie rolls were very bland and mushy. The wings and shrimp were good though. They all come with sauce and it's very sticky but no wet wipes and tried asking for a bathroom but they didn't understand us. We will...

We decided to try Ubon Thai after cruising the Highlands farmers market. We asked for the back patio seating and it was an excellent choice. Seclusion from the main road and sidewalk, quiet enough to have conversation, shaded enough that the sun didn't bake us.

Got the crab rangoons to start and I was impressed with the quality. Asked our server for their best dish and she recommended the Cashew Nut entree with pork. I generally avoid pork because most places hammer it, but they cooked it perfectly. Also ordered the Pad Kee Mao to see how they did a typical dish and that was also excellent! Spice levels were great, too. Didn't destroy the taste buds but sent the right message.

Definitely a return...
