Metal Mark exceeded all of my expectations! I went in about a month ago to look at studs - I wanted a 2nd lobe piercing, but wanted to have an idea of what I'd put next to what I currently wear in my 1st piercing. Emily spent time with me that 1st day looking at lots of options and was super helpful! A month or so later, they offered a piercing party so I signed up. I had chosen which earring I wanted, and Olivia was there to help consult on where the piercing should be so that it would fit with my current earrings & not be too close/far away. So helpful & kind! I had also been toying with buying a necklace stack for well over a year. Both Emily & Olivia were gracious with their time and let me look over a ton of options. I am picky in that I want functional jewelry that I can exercise in, play with my kids in, etc without worrying about damage. They both provided excellent service in choosing the right options for my lifestyle. Highly recommend! All of the women who work here seem wonderful, friendly, not pushy (they let me take my time), and they have a great selection & variety of price points....

I’ve been a loyal customer of Metalmark Jewelers since 2018 and have purchased two beautiful rings from them in the past. I’ve also recommended the store to numerous friends because I had always trusted the quality of their pieces and the service I received.

Unfortunately, my recent experience has made me question that trust. A close friend of mine visited the store just last week, genuinely interested in looking at engagement rings, and was treated with complete disrespect. She was rushed, dismissed, and made to feel like her presence wasn’t valued — which is unacceptable, especially when making such an important purchase.

It’s disappointing to see a place I’ve recommended with confidence behave this way. Buying jewelry should be a special, personal experience — not one where you feel pushed out the door. I hope Metalmark takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way potential customers are treated, regardless of how they look or whether they’re ready to purchase that day.
