I purchased a dress that could not be worn with a bra. I thought the saleswoman was a bit pushier than I’d like but she was sweet and complimentary so I bought it. It was $97. I ended up changing my mind and coming back less a week later. They do not do returns. Nowhere in the store is that posted. Places that do not accept returns will typically alert you either on a sign or verbally to avoid exactly this situation.

The woman who I presume is the owner said it’s on the receipt, which helps no one because at that point you’ve already irreparably made the purchase. When I suggested she post a sign she snidely said thank you for the feedback. I told her I felt like she wasn’t going to listen to me and she called me nasty. The owner of this shop actually called a customer nasty multiple times. I was suggesting in a perfectly even tone that she should post signs if she doesn’t do returns. I did admittedly end up getting frustrated when she called me nasty three times. So she did get me there.

She claimed there was a substance on the dress and that was a flat out lie. It was worn for five minutes in my room then promptly taken off.

So zero stars. Negative 5 stars if I could. They now have $100 of my dollars and the woman insulted me. She gave me a gift card as if I would EVER step foot into that shop again after being called names for making a...

Beware: Awful return policy. If they’re really about the yogi spiritual mindset and caring for others, you would think they’d take better care of their customers and not care about their bottom line as much. I do not live locally and I wasn’t able to get back up to Denver when I decided against an item. I was not aware of the return policy when I purchased the items and the owner (who rang me out) did not mention anything to me. I tried to go back two weeks later to make an exchange and she wouldn’t even let me swap for something else, even though there was another one of the same dresses in another color in store. I’ve worked retail for most of my life and I have never experienced a store with such a short and unforgiving return policy. Needless to say, I will never shop here again, unless they change their policy to be more flexible and customer minded. I would’ve been a repeat customer had they been understanding and kind enough to make a simple exchange. Very disappointed and frustrated I just lost...

I am changing my previous review after having a wonderful conversation with the owner. Sol shine always had great clothes and jewelry for me or my 18 year old daughter. My daughter requested we go there so she could pick out a ring for her birthday present. The ring lasted for only 2 weeks; the stone fell out with just regular wearing. I went back to the store to see if they could attempt to make it right and they did not make any attempt. However the owner, Dannie went above and beyond working to connect with me and make it right. It's so nice to realize that the vibe is authentic and it's a wonderful neighborhood place to browse, buy, contribute to the vibe...
