NEW DRIVERS BEWARE!!!! I'd prolly give this place no stars if I could. Overall the place is good. I must however say that having a guy like Roger who does the orientation for new hires work here cast a shadow over the whole company. This guy Roger is about the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever ran across. I don't see how anyone at this terminal can allow this man to work here. For any new hires be prepared to deal with this jerk. And if he wants to send you out with a trainer named Kris you better refuse him. Picture this, trash and any other kind of refuse piled up every where in his truck. Never showers and where's the same clothes constantly. A foul mouth that curses everything in his sight. Ive been with May for almost a year and will tell you in all sincerity, I did not believe companies like this existed anymore. I have nothing but good things to say about May and their incredible Denver team....Roger Harris, now a good friend but an incredible teacher and a huge wealth of information. Very direct, truthful and charismatic. To say nothing less of my amazing DM, Tina Harris. She works very hard for us! Rosalita, Matt, Robyn, Dave, Jonny, Jeremy....all great! The pay options are good, I never sit, brand new tractor and equipment, satellite tv just to name a few. Seems to me they like to take care of us as drivers. Where do I start? I want to say thank you to May Trucking for giving me an opportunity when other companies looked the other way. May is a very good starting company. The drivers managers in Denver (CURTIS ) are really good. They genuinely care about their drivers. A lot of people like to complain because they are not rolling around in cash when they first start. But let me tell you you can also make good money with May. If I ever return to OTR I will be returning to May. When new drivers ask me about any company I always suggest may.
