Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Denver

INTRO: I usually go to the 1355 Santa Fe Dr B Denver pizza hut but they were closed this day, so I went to the 4676 Washington St Denver pizza hut. This was a carry-out order with a delayed pick-up time. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks.

PROS: The food was prepared on time. I arrived a few minutes early and only waited a couple minutes, which I was happy to do since it meant fresh pizza :)

CONS: When I got home with my pizza in the passenger seat, I went to pick it up and there was a pool of grease on the passenger seat. After cleaning up the pool of grease, I discovered that nearly half the pizza was so saturated in grease that it was inedible, so I only had half a pizza to eat - and even that half I had to stop eating since it was so greasy. I had diarrhea later that evening. I felt rather foolish for eating any of the pizza while it was working its way out of my system to my discomfort. Also, not that it mattered at all compared to the pizza, but the bread sticks didn't have much of whatever seasoning goes on top.

SUMMARY: I will never be going to the 4676 Washington St Denver pizza hut again. The 1355 Santa Fe Dr B Denver location is much better - still greasy as Pizza Hut usually is, but nowhere near as bad as 4676...

WOW. I should have learned my lesson the first, or maybe even the second time I ordered and it arrived 90 minutes late / incomplete! Apparently the new GM was personally delivering my food because of the lack of quality crew members at the Washington Location, it was already 90 minutes late and I was on hold with the store to cancel the order completely. Even though I refused the delivery he still showed up AND gave us $25 credit. This was way above and beyond for something I didn't pay for, but it was appreciated. BUT I CALL TODAY TO ORDER A PASTA AND BROWNIE... guess what... wrong again. NO BREADSTICKS with the pasta? since when? I called to explain and the manager asked me "explain to me why something is always wrong with your food when we deliver?" SERIOUSLY? UM IDK BECAUSE THERE ALWAYS IS SOMETHING WRONG? how insulting. I feel like I should have just taken whatever they sent me since it was free, but damn... cant you get anything right? Needless to say the manager agreed to send me the breadsticks so long as I promised to never call again. TERRIBLE....

Would give 0 stars if I could I called and placed an order Tuesday feb/27 for carry out . The person on the phone asked me what location I wanted the order from and asked for the address of the location I would like to order from so I provided the information they told me to show up in 15-20 minutes. After arriving at the store the cashier informed me that they had no order for me there and provided no further information. I then had to call them thru the phone again they asked if I had already placed an order to which I said yes and what was going on with my food. The guy on the phone informed me they had placed the pick up in the northgleen location. What was the point of asking me to verify what store I wanted to order from if you were just going to out any store you wanted ? I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again I knew it was a mistake not calling dominos. ALSO THE STORE REEKED...
