Positives: very calm atmosphere away from the frantic people below you. Easy access to phone chargers, internet and some free refreshments. Salad was okay
Cons: the place was packed so it did not feel very exclusive though that may have been caused by my own unreasonable expectations. The food was a very mediocre bland chicken, bland vegetables as well. I ended up buying food elsewhere because of how bad it was. The real problem was getting in. My boarding and club pass were not scanning correctly and the screen told me to see an attendant . I showed her my phone and asked for help and she told me to use my boarding pass. I said I already did with no luck. She seemed very bothered by this and interrupted me and said “ I surely know “ I was so not questioning her and really just wanted her help as I am sure she could figure out what I couldn’t I really was not challenging her in anyway. she took my phone and went to do it herself. She got the same error message I did but then was able to get it on the second try ( all I wanted ). I was going to dismiss her comment and started to walk through to the club when the gate doors which closed on me this is when she chimed in that they are timed and started a hand gesture for me to hurry up. I told her I am walking as quick as a I can ( I have one leg ) but no she needed the last word again and made another comment after that almost as if she didn’t believe me that I was walking as quick as I could while smirking. I had not been in a club room before and suspect being made to feel like crap by a attendant suffering from a industrial bout of defensiveness is not part of the normal process. I have other passes and hope to use them as I suspect the problem was the individual not the club but never the less I felt this...
