A great disappointment... I wish I had opted to sit through my next flight with an empty stomach instead of going to Sara Lee's.

The team here brings down a historically solid brand. Products and services are not offered, but are for the customer to try to figure out on their own. There is signage that directs the customer through a process of being a customer, but do not expect any employee to be helpful during the process. Employees remain in a head down, intentionally non-engaging role. The location is in dire need of leadership and some team training on how to sell their product. (Quite suprising for a Mission Yogurt owned business.)

Multiple sandwiches are made ahead with "available products" not necessarily "advertised products." So buyer beware. Asking for a fresh one to be made we are told is not an option. The curiosity is that they also advertise that these sandwiches are "made-to-order" or at least that is what the sign says... (This is done for the customer's convienence. Not really, but it sounds nice.)

But, if you are looking for a pre-made dry, hard roll with a lot, and we mean A LOT, of lettuce and not much else for $16, then this place is for you....

Visited last week, craving ice cream. We stood at the counter and, after a min, a filthy looking woman came out, scratching her belly, with long nails - the kind that needs a sharp hook under them to get the black layer of dirt out. Her hair was all messed up, hanging down in patches, and her make up was def last night's. She casually asked what we wanted, then I asked her to put on some gloves. She obliged, looking terrified - like it never occurred to her - so it's obviously foreign to them and certainly not taught by management. After we paid their ridiculous price for 2 small cups of ice cream, I looked around. As others have reviewed, it's filthy. How can this business be allowed to operate? I realize Covid has left employers short of good help, but they are scraping the barrel with staff - and shouldn't they be following health and safety guidelines even more so, like...

Lousy experience. I never complain, but ... Asked for egg and cheese bagel. Proceeded down the line, etc, paid, picked up bagel in wrapper and headed to gate. Got to gate, opened wrapper. Plain, unheated bagel. No egg. No cheese. Went back for help. Both workers were useless, stating they're not serving breakfast. The egg and cheese bagel was not in the breakfast menu. Also, if they weren't serving breakfast, why didn't the workers tell me? Completely devoid of customer service. No refund? No offer for another menu item? No "let me get my manager"? Nothing. Threw away the bagel, and tried to hop on Sara Lee website. Filled out comment field, but Captcha feature didn't work. So I have no idea if my comments went through. Just lousy from...

I tried the teriyaki Panini, and it was actually really, really good. The lady who made it was fast and efficient if not chatty. Made to order on the spot, the chicken was tender and the sauce and cheese on the hot panini bun was tasty. It was a good lunch option that didn’t cost an arm and a leg like many of the places in the airport. I would order one again. The dining area is definitely lacking for atmosphere, so I went out and settled in one of the personal cubby chairs farther down the airport to eat.

first time here in denver and my flight was delayed so i went to the nearest food shop. i ordered the southwest sammich and i wasn’t a big fan of the sandwich, i can honestly say it wasn’t nasty it just wasn’t great. i think they used like a real chicken breast or had a grilled chicken patty it would have been bomb. i didn’t realize they had a club sammich til the end. they also have pre made sammiches that looked good. i know next time get one of them or the club.
