Message to the manager: as someone who came from the restaurant industry, it was painful to watch your restaurant lose about $500 in revenue in about 15 minutes. I can’t imagine how much money your restaurant loses on a weekly basis due to your uncaring staff. We stood at the front waiting to be seated with a line of about 10-15 other people. Every staff member refused to even look at guest at the entrance. They were huddled casually talking on a corner and texting on their phones. There were 4-5 tables that were cleared but needed to be wiped while they talked and laughter and people waited to give you their business. After about 10 minutes of waiting, we walked over to the group of servers in the corner and asked if they were closed or something since no one was acknowledging the line. The guy I spoke to said “yeah, we close at 7:30pm.” When I said “oh, so in half an hour?” He said yes, but we don’t have any tables clean. I looked at the 4 tables that had been waiting to be wiped for the last 10 minutes and then he pulled back out his phone and I walked away. Maybe the girl with keys around her neck was a supervisor but she was as uninterested as everyone else and casually cleared a few cups at a time In between conversations. Their goal was clearly to not take on any more business for the last half hour and they accomplished that. Just thought you should know about your...

So happy to find this place here! I do NOT like DEN airport (like AT ALL!), but they move up on my list having this cantina. Actually had time to sit and relax between flights for once and was happy to see this was a large restaurant ON 3rd level above gate traffic with one area offering traditional restaurant seating and a second side away from the restaurant seating w more of a fast food setting and a to-go counter. I was greeted with a smile, seated immediately wherever I chose, and waited on by a friendly, kind, beautiful server instantly. I ordered Vegetarian Sofritas Huevos Rancheros and queso dip w chips (didn't table pics until I already had eaten some of my food lol). A lot of food! Staff and especially server very attentive but not pushy or intrusive. There are green and red sauces at the table which rocks. I travel constantly and DEN was actually lower on my disliked airport list than LAX (hope that tells u how much I hated this airport lol), but now that I know this little peaceful haven exists I will have reason to almost kinda like Denver airport now! I never thought I'd say THAT!!!!! Was surprised to read the reviews by others that were negative and for the first time I am actually reviewing a restaurant online because I was happy and feel the staff here was...

Worst service I have ever had. I waited at the door for over 10 minutes while three servers walk past several times without acknowledging me until I finally walked up and asked them if I should just seat myself to which someone walked up behind me and said we are closed except for the counter/Bar. So I walked over to the bar and sat another 6 minute until I finally asked the bartender who helped the 2 gentleman on each side of me but never once acknowledged me or asked if I would like anything until I asked her if I could get a drink and a menu. She then asked for my ID threw a menu at me after I told her the barcode would not scan on my phone for some reason, and walked away to then again not acknowledge me for another 10 minutes until I finally got upset and walked out and went to Smash Burger and received excellent service. I travel alot and have never had such terrible service. I highly recommend Management teach this team good customer service skills. I also recommend avoiding this establishment if you want to eat in-between flights you may never get served. I would give all Zeros if it was an option. This is the location at the Denver Airport in Colorado Second...

In short: Quick, decently priced food that is below average quality. I would choose Qdoba over this. Restaurant has a quick turnaround so waiting for a seat doesn't take long. Main food was served within 10 minutes of being seated. Got chips and salsa Serving size is for 2. Salsa tastes pretty salty and is a puree, not a fan. It's like a salty tomato puree with mild spice. The chips are ok but the salting is very uneven. Most chips have almost no salt, some are coated in salt. For the main course I got the Carne Asada Queso Burrito. The side of rice is surprisingly flavorful but still works as a break from the rest of the dish. Side of corn is pretty tasty with a sweet, lime flavor. The burrito itself is ok, inside is refried beans and steak. The steak is more salty than I'd like. The wrap is pretty easy to cut. Check came shortly after I finished my meal.

LOVED the homemade salsa (others commented about it being a purée- and it was but flavorful! - and the avocado crema on the 3 carne tacos was yummy- for $15 -and a draft for $8, bottle of corona $7- not bad for airport prices!!! The small house margarita for $11- not as much of a bargain. Service was outstanding even being pretty busy! Ditch the chain restaurants and try something new! I saw a former post about staff hanging out on their phones- definitely didn’t see anything like this- they were hustling, attentive, and friendly! Found out on my bill if you order a little extra avocado crema it’s $2.00- kind of a disappointment- I prefer being notified if there is an up charge - especially since I really didn’t need as much as they brought and I’m flying so no way to take with me.
