I would not recommend purchasing at this location. I made a purchase in October of a $16.99 box of chocolates at a gift. I didn’t take the receipt and when I saw my bank statement I was charge $59.12 ($40 more). I called 3-4 times and requested help and for the transaction to be reviewed and was only told they couldn’t help me without the receipt. I requested the the please look up the transaction I could give them date, time and my card. I worked retail for 20yrs and know that information is available in their system. I requested on ever call to have the manager call me and left my information and never received a call. I couldn’t dispute the charge through my bank...

The shop had a great selection for last minute buys, but the computers went down after my transaction was completed and the cashier then insisted that I complete the purchase again at a second register, approval again but she still wouldn't allow me to leave with my merchandise, almost making me miss my flight. After waiting for the register to restart she confirmed the transaction and told me that if I was charged twice to simply call the gift shop and it would be reversed.
