Genuinely don't believe the positive reviews on this site. I've had multiple terrible interactions with this company and know I'm not the only one. First, they send broken and rickety furniture - had multiple bow chairs come with the seat bottom ripped and the cart come incredibly shaky. I continued to use them thinking there are no other kids furniture companies (there are tons and most have exact same inventory as them). Business is completely non-responsive. Like literally doesn't answer calls or emails. Thought once was a fluke but happened on multiple occasions over several months. They also cancel reservations without notice - they'll draft an invoice, you ask to make a change or for a clarification and they ignore and just cancel the order. It's literally laughable that she touts herself as someone who can "coach" other businesses. She tries to portray herself as a tough business person but her social media and website posts scream of an insecure, unsophisticated and angry simpleton...and her business practices prove it. As someone whose business does hundreds of millions of dollars a year, here's a tip: be grateful and appreciative for the business you get - not egotistical about your tiny furniture business that will close soon. PS- Of course owner's response is that "I'm not a customer" as every poor business owner does with a bad review as opposed to responding thoughtfully and self-reflecting (so thanks for proving my point!). Of course, I randomly find businesses and leave them bad reviews. My business is not in party planning -I have hired PS for my children's bday parties through party planners and individually. I did ask planner for a refund and never got one bec, as usual, business is non-responsive (unless they get a bad review). Thanks for having your response...
