Extra Space Storage — Local services in Denville

My family has been using this location for years and has always had great success. I recently moved and thought I would need a unit, of course I called Extra Space in Denville for details. I worked with a woman named Tanya who besides being a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP she gave me a GREAT price. Still I wasn't sure if I was going to need the unit, she held the price and size for me for at least 2 months. That's unheard of! She was So patient with me and understood that I was going thru a very chaotic time. She never made me feel rushed to make a decision and per my request , continued to follow up with me. Turns out I currently do not need the unit after all. Forgetting to let Tanya know, she called to follow up with me again ( as I requested ) and when I told her I didn't need one after all, she was still SO KIND AND FRIENDLY and was more caring about how I was doing and how my move went. THANK YOU TANYA, FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, KINDNESS AND MAKING MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE THE ABSOLUTE BEST IT COULD BE. I will forever refer friends to my Gal Tanya at the Denville location. Give this Girl a Raise...

I contacted Extra Space Storage yesterday about renting a unit for my furniture and after I told the rep I would like the Denville NJ location I was told that I Mike would call me. Mike called within 15 minutes and was very helpful. He listened to my questions and responded with answers and his own questions in an effort to understand and meet my storage needs. We scheduled a time for me to visit and when I missed the time Mike called me to reschedule. I came to the facility today and was greeted by Tanya who immediately expressed interest in my needs and was also very professional and friendly. Mike let me know that Tanya would be helping me and he was available also if needed. My experience today was excellent. Tanya offered me options to meet both my budget and storage space needs. She was patient and responsive and had great energy that created a positive environment. Mike also listened and offered mattress protectors and a lock that I needed. The facility was clean, fresh and I felt comfortable leaving my furniture.

After reviewing a few different storage unit companies in the Morris County area, I finally settled with Extra Space Storage as my winner and I'm so glad that I did. The reviews don't lie. A few minutes after I reserved online, Andrew called me to review my reservation and set up a time for me to come to the facility for a tour and finalization of the lease for the unit. He was very friendly, as was Jackensy. I'd never used a storage unit before and was very hesitant to do so, but don't have a choice while I'm moving; the facility is well lit, VERY clean, and well secured outside, so I'm not worried about storing my belongings there.
