Been to this place many times, always used the mobile app and drive thru. Never had a problem until the other day with my order not showing up in the stores system and the store manager and staff were rude beyond belief. I had my 8yr son and it was pouring rain, they made me come inside to try to resolve my issue, with the drive thru cashier rudely telling me I was holding up the line.
When I got inside and I showed them my receipt from the BK mobile app, my order as having been paid in full, showing them the correct store location and drive thru selection, but not before the employees started making bogus excuses as if to say that I might have done something incorrectly as to why the order didn’t come thru on their end. Again I showed them my receipt in their app several times. One employee even blatantly tells me that I’m not getting the food because they didn’t have a print out of my order in their system. And to make things worse the manager Yessica took the rudeness to another level. She waves me off and refuses to continue speaking to me when I got frustrated at her unwillingness to help me, and proceeds to speak to another customer in Spanish, speaking a few words in English so that I can hear her saying I was being mean to her. It was amusing to hear the lies and the insults she was telling the other customer.
Eventually I got a reasonable employee to help me who verified my receipt and told me not to worry, wasn’t a big deal. And as he and some other employees began preparing my food, the manager kept scolding them not to make the food. Thank god these few employees had some good sense and ignored her, but I can’t believe the lengths to which the store manager went to to make my situation even worse.
For your sanity, keep away from this location. The manager and staff are poorly trained and don’t know how to deliver customer service even when the issue is on their end. And quite frankly, I’m not sure how she was even the manager because her English was terrible let alone her...

Read moreThis Burger King just received a facelift, and I don’t mean plastic surgery. This BK had an interior and exterior renovation including the replacement of all kitchen accessories, new counter layout, new BK touchscreen menus available to order from, new floor layout including plenty of new great looking seats and tables, and fun wall accessories such as backlit crowns and clean tilework. Food was great, but I recommend rounding up the family and visiting just for the interior renovations alone.
Being that this is a new BK, a new staff is involved. This new staff may be still be in training and service can be a bit slow. This will likely improve over time as crew experience increases.
