I used to shop here a lot. I recently bought some incense and I always get a couple of bottles. The incense I bought were obviously not the kind on the label. I went to simply ask to switch them out, and the lady gave me a horrible attitude and never even let me finish my sentence. She just kept saying no refund no refund, and even told me I don’t need to shop there. So I won’t. Absolutely horrible!! I went in to fax papers, the women said it's $1.00 a page I had 15 pages. So as she was helping another customer I was just at the counter looking at there items. She comes over and says if I touch something I have to buy it really rude! I told her to give me my damn papers back and left. Watch out for assumptions from this store. Price gouging is illegal and should not be tolerated. $600 for a 10 year pappy is out of control. The bottles price is $140 and goes for double because of its rarity. We all love pappy and Buffalo Trace products but trying to quadruple profit is not right. This store is notorious for over pricing. And if you didn't notice people...they're not even American. Come on....
