Subway — Restaurant in DeRidder

Ordered delivery because myself and my spouse were too busy to pick up. We order the boss for our 2 children to share. It was delivered with only bread with black olives on it. No cheese, meatballs, pepperoni, or cheese. My wife called to try to get the correct sandwich delivered or at least receive a refund. The worker proceeds to ask multiple times if we can pick up? We tell her multiple times no, we are occupied and that is why we ordered delivery. We ask for a manager. My wife and I over hear them talking and they were very rude talking about us. The manager was unwilling to help at all. My family will no longer be ordering from this subway. I believe the staff and manager need training on making sandwiches and more so, customer service. This place offers anything but fresh food. The lettuce was wilted and i almost left before ordering. I really was craving a sub so i just cut the lettuce (i love fresh lettuce). When i got to the vegetable section, i waited while an employee tried to figure out how to change out the paper towel dispenser for five minutes. Then he noticed that i was there and thank God, he washed his hands but ever so slowly. Then he was stingy with what i asked for. Not once speaking to me. When done, he shoved both sandwiches into a single bag and i had to ask for a bag to put 4 bags of chips into and i felt like he was so inconvenienced by this. Well, it seems that I'm not the only one to say ZERO STARS. I went in in a lark as I was in the shopping center. I entered and two were ahead of me, and as I waited for someone to take my order, a group of younger individuals walked in and suddenly I didn't exist. I stood there as the employeed asked me to stand back so he could take their order. When I stated that I was next in line, he said he'd get to me after the group. I told him not to bother and walked out. Not one useless employee attempted to rectify their problem. No wonder this place has a bad reputation in DeRidder, I'll certainly never set foot...
