Puff 'n' Snuff — Local services in Derry Township

My husband and I frequent here to purchase cigarettes because it’s fast and easy service. Today however, the manager of the store (or at least she declared she was) was extremely rude and condescending. From the moment she answered the window, till the point that I asked for the contact info of whoever oversees her. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by someone in a position that she says she is in. God help that business having someone as a leader that acts like she does. I never met someone so mean-hearted and disgusting in my life. My advice to anyone that needs cigarettes, if an older woman with black hair opens the window, just do yourself a favor and drive away! She has a terrible attitude and needs a remote job because dealing with the public is not something she’s good at and she doesn’t know how to return kindness with kindness! Double charged my debit card. Called 10 minutes after the transaction and they informed me to call back the next day to talk to the manager. Called again the following day and explained the situation to the manager and she told me it would "probably" straighten itself out in 3-7 days. The one thing I like best about this particular store on Electric Avenue is that they offer Drive Thru Service for anything and everything that’s in their store. They have a great variety of products to choose from and offer coupons when they have them at the register.
