I take my 8 yr old grandson to Don Ball Park on a regular basis. I would like to commend the staff on their outstanding work. Watching the way they interact with all of the children has been a real pleasure. The other day one of the girls played tag with some younger kids during her break something I’m sure is not a requirement . My grandson wanted a slice of pizza for lunch and the delivery hadn’t arrived yet while he waited patiently when the pizza arrived one of the workers came to let us know the pizza had arrived also not a requirement. Whenever we are at the park the employees are continually walking around picking up trash wiping down tables and interacting with all of the kids. Derry is very lucky to have such an amazing crew of dedicated workers who go way above and beyond the expectations of their job titles. It is very much appreciated by this grandmother and I would like to thank them all for making the summer...

A good place for the community and for young people to get together and have fun. My son belongs to the Special Olympics and has belonged to them for some 16 or so years. They operate out of here and they've had an excellent program for such a long time. When there are things to be taken advantage of do it and you will have fun and maybe make some friends. Nothing but positives to be said about Derry Parks...
