Noha was very welcoming when we met he and said our dresses would be done June 11th. On June 11th I called and asked what time she would like for me to pick up the dresses and she said to call back next week because she hadn’t finished the dresses yet. I called the next week and again she said they would be done June 30th. The next week came and she said the dressers would be ready, at this point 24 days later than expected. When I got there to pick up the dresses at the agreed time she did not answer the door, so I called. I could hear her watching TV and turning off my phone calls so after waiting 48 minutes I left. I called her again two days later and she told me to come again. Then she called back and said she didn’t finish one of our dresses and said she would finish it before 3 pm that day. When I got there to pick up the dresses so was doing the wrong dress! It was not either my sister or my bridesmaid dress and when I told her that she started showing me a bunch of different dresses she had because she had no idea which was ours. She then said to look for myself and joked to take my pick at any dress over there, as if this was a laughing matter. Once I found my dress it was not even started! I took my dress unfinished and my sisters dress which was finished. All she had to do to the dresses was hem them and for the one dress it was $80 which I thought was reasonable until I opened the dress when I got home and this is what it looked like.

I had an appointment today at 11 am. I arrived on time. "Rang for service" like the sign say.. no answer. I called both numbers on the sign. No answer. Waited 15 minutes.. left. Called one last time told her I was there and leaving and waited 15 minutes for her. She called me back 3 hours later saying "you called me 3x I don't know what you want/ who you are" I left all my information. This was a scheduled appointment! Such bad work ethic!
