I have recommended Audio Labs to lots of family and friends. I tell them to let someone there know what they are wanting to do and how much they want to spend. They always leave happy. They aren't pushed into buying things they don't need and are always offered ways to obtain service on purchases. If anyone out there is looking for great sound its great to check it out. I have been a customer at Audio Labs since the 1970's and have always found them to have excellent products and outstanding customer service. Multiple times I have received the advice to NOT buy a given product because it would not achieve my stated goal of upgrading my systems. I have never had this experience at any other retailer and certainly not at a big box store.
