The employees have completely changed and make it a much better experience. There is a taller man with blonde hair and glasses I believe maybe a manager and he is awesome! He always is upbeat and has a positive attitude. Give him a raise! Added another star back just for him. I believe his name is Lucas.
I'll give back some stars from my original review. I contacted Qdoba corporate and they credited me two free meals and I went back two days after this review and the food was so much better. Still were out of Impossible meat but they had it taken off of online ordering so you couldn't order it by mistake.
Rude workers. Ordered online while at the store because they had a sign on the door saying all orders needed to be made online and even called after ordering to make sure my order was correctly made. We watched the employee make our order while on the phone and we were the only customers there at the time. Despite this it was still made wrong (simply asked for no queso). Was informed that the Impossible Meat was out after I had already ordered it for two meals and payed. The employees then tried to guilt trip me for wanting the refund for the upcharged meat I wasn't receiving. I had to wait outside for at least 5 minutes before a worker even came to see what the issue was when I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my meal that was messed up replaced. Throughout all of this the employee never once apologized. They seemed more concerned with playing on their phones while wearing their masks on their chins than working. The food we did receive wasn't very warm and was really bland and unseasoned. I love Qdoba and eat here often but the service provided tonight was awful. They also need to get their hours updated somewhere or atleast get their phones to say when they are closing unexpectedly. I went to this Qdoba yesterday at 1:30pm and it was randomly closed. There were people inside eating but they had a closed sign on door. When I called no one would answer the phone and it would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpon walking in, I was greeted with a friendly hello by āLucasā or the āmanagerā (kind of tall, wears glasses, works morning/afternoon). I greeted him back and quickly looked down on my phone to retrieve the order information I needed, but I guess he didnāt hear me greet him, so when I looked up from the phone, his whole demeanor changed from when I had walked in. he started giving me a dirty look and also exchanging looks with the young black coworker that was standing there next to him, they literally started talking about me while I was right there as if I canāt read social cues or understand those types of looks or something. the cashier was in the middle of a transaction with someone else so I was just waiting until she was done, but Lucas was just very rude. Angrily told me the cashier would help me out and rolled his eyes at me. (Iām aware obviously since i was waiting for her to finish with another customer anyway). The cashier was rude too, all because Lucasā demeanor changed and became rude, they all followed in his steps and my interaction with them was very unpleasant. If you didnāt hear someone greet you back, your response shouldnāt be to get disrespectful. Despite them being weird and rude for literally no reason towards me, I still told them to have a good day. And as a manager or team lead or just a simple employee, he should really undergo more customer service training, including the cashier as well. Iāve worked in a food place before, thereās literally no need to be rude to customers if you didnāt hear them greet you back. Youāre suppose to make them feel like they can come back to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate 10-17-24 - I've tried to go a few more times and happy to report that whatever the issues were seem to have been resolved. Each of the three times we've stopped in, nothing was out of stock.
What happened? For 3 weeks, we have tried to come for dinner. Each week, there is a new sign on the doors saying they are out of stuff. Week 1 - out of queso and other things. Week 2 - out of chicken and other things. Week 3 (today) - out of all protein. How is this possible??
I even tried calling five times before making the 20-minute drive, and it just rang for a few minutes, then went to a message saying nobody was available; goodbye. When I got to Qdoba at 6, it was dead (because they were out of everything). Why wasn't the phone answered? What is happening here?
Excuse for week 1 - the truck didn't come. OK - understandable. Excuse for week 2 - we only have so much room in our walk in freezer, and we have been so busy, that we ran out of chicken. Excuse for week 3 - didn't even both to go in this time. Sooo disappointing.
@Qdoba corp - please fix this place. We love the food but...
