Me and my wife came in to order food and we stopped and looked at the screen on the side wall to decide what we had wanted and I had noticed the older women up front was on the phone with someone so we stood there away from the counter just in case it was an emergency but it went on longer so we decided to go up to the counter and then she had the audacity to tell us customers to hold on because she was on the phone ( her personal phone) even my wife look at me and said such unprofessional then after waiting for 5 minutes she told them she had to go because she had customers so she took are order and we got are drinks and sat down to wait for are order and my wife was watching as she gets back on the phone but this time the other person on the phone was on speaker and everyone could hear them then she goes to drop are food in the bag and told us to have a goodnight witch I appreciate but other then that she was unprofessional she was on her phone way to much it was an older lady...

Went to noodles around 8 and was told there would be a 30 minute wait and me a my friends decided to wait. We got our food around 45 minutes later. Although my food was great, I had ordered a large size and received a small. My other friend got the right pasta but got feta instead of Parmesan. Our last friend ordered a Mac and cheese and received a bowl of completely plain noodles with no cheese on it. We called explaining the problem and was told they couldn’t make Mac and cheese and would replace it with something else, and to come in and it would be ready. Upon arrival we waited 20 minutes until we were told they forgot about the order. In conclusion all three of our orders were wrong to an extent, and this noodles has consistently had a 30+ minute every time I have been this past 3 months. We have frequented this place for years but I don’t see myself returning...
