El Paisano Mexican Food & Bakery — Restaurant in Des Moines

So I've seen a couple reviews on Facebook and I thought I make them a visit. So this Sunday I decided to have breakfast with my husband and son. They have a small breakfast menu everything is good un to there. I ordered the Chilaquiles and they were ok simple tomato sauce nothing special but when I went to pay they charged me a different price I didn't want to correct the young person because I just wanted to leave. The portions are very small rice was too soft felt like mashed potatoes, 16 pieces of breakfast potatoes yes I counted them, mini pancakes 3 x 6.99 enden up paying 100 dollars for 3 people. only highlight was the tres leches cake.

I personally wouldn't go back again but if I did I wouldn't get the Chilaquiles or...

We had a group of about 20+ and that doesn't even include kids. The service was great. We understood that our order would take a bit longer due to the amount of people we had in our party but the food came out hot and amazing!
