I went to riddles to search for a ring for my fiance. I was worked with audrey to find one. I didnt know for sure what i wanted so i had a hundred and one questions to sort out what would be best and look the best. She was an amazing person to work with she answered every question i had showed me everything she thought would fit what i wanted. She made the whole experience 100 times easier then anywhere else i have gone. Audrey helped me find exactly what i was searching for and more. I would recommend riddles to anyone. Riddle’s appreciation post! My husband has purchased from them in the past and two weeks ago I brought in a bracelet and ring (neither purchased from Riddle’s) and was quoted a reasonable price to have the clasp on my bracelet fixed and my ring resized. Both were done in a very reasonable time, the cost was more than affordable. I didn’t catch the names of the gals who helped me at drop off, but they were both very kind and knowledgeable. Today, I interacted with both the jeweler and manager (both women!) and again I was met with kindness and professionalism. Please do business here, you will not regret...

My first experience with Riddle's was an excellent one, Nikki was very helpful, informative, and above all the example of professionalism. I've been to other jewelry stores and all they seem to care about is the sale but she and her team made the experience super relaxed and tiered to what we want versus the biggest payout. I would definitely recommend their services and expertise to anyone in the DSM metro looking to buy jewelry at a reasonable rate, get jewelry cleaned, sized or simply just want quotes for pieces.
