Finally, FIFTY CLASSES IN and I have something to say: La Forme is hands-down my home away from home. I joke, but I'm serious when I say that the day I opened the door to La Forme, I walked in to find the best version of myself. The space was perfectly crafted to create a sense of belonging; a place where everyone is welcome.
The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and incredibly attentive to form, which makes a huge difference whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Me? I had never attended a group workout in my life. It wasn't without some healthy peer pressure of a great friend of mine, Aga, that I atteneded my first class in early March and I haven't looked back. I've noticed real progress in my strength, posture, the way my joints feel, mind to body connectivity, and the way my clothes fit.
However, what ’s surprised me most is how much La Forme has impacted my life outside the studio. The positivity, determination, and clarity I’ve gained here have truly shifted the course of everything — from how I show up at work to how I nurture my marriage, children and friendships. It’s not just a workout; it’s been a real catalyst for change in the most meaningful ways.
What really sets La Forme apart is the community... I'll say it again: THE COMMUNITY. A trusted hand to hold during lifes hardest seasons, a voice that echos back in celebration, a text checking in when you weren't quite yourself, a high five after a tough class... and so much more. I genuinely look forward to being here, and I leave every session feeling more grounded and inspired than the class before. How is that even possible? Thank you, Erin, for this beautifully curated vision brought to life. I couldn’t recommend it more, and would scream my love for La Forme from the worldest largest roof tops until my lungs gave out. I promise you won't regret betting on yourself and booking a class...
Read moreLa Forme Fitness has been such a transformative place for me in all the ways: physically, mentally, and emotionally. I came to the studio while recovering from an injury that kept me from moving for 12+ weeks, and not only does my body feel stronger and more supported, but I also feel like I can trust my body again instead of feeling like it’s betraying me.
The instructors here are truly special. I’ve taken classes with several instructors and have had amazing classes with all of them. Specifically, Sonni and Aga deserve a huge shoutout for leading classes that are challenging, inspired, warm, funny, and incredibly engaging. Sonni’s playlists are pure FIRE and Aga’s sense of humor is elite. They also provide the most helpful corrections, which has made all the difference in improving my form and building confidence.
At first, I was honestly intimidated by the equipment. Booking two private sessions with Emily helped me tremendously. She walked me through the machines, the flow of class, and gave me the tools I needed to step into group classes with confidence (and maybe a little bit more balance!). I’m so grateful for her guidance, kindness, and patience. If you need a 1-1 session for whatever reason, cannot recommend Emily more!!
What I love most about La Forme is how inviting and authentic the space feels. The studio is welcoming to all ages and body types, and it doesn’t feel like it’s been curated just for social media aesthetics. It feels real, supportive, and full of genuine community. Amy in particular at the front is an absolute gem, and her sunny disposition and beautiful energy always brighten the space and my day!
If you’re looking for a studio that will meet you where you are, push you to grow, and support you every step of the way, La Forme is it. The investment in yourself is...

La Forme Fitness is in a league of its own. I’ve taken 8 classes so far, and I can say with total confidence: there is nothing like this.
I’ve done reformer classes before—but they didn’t use the machine like this. Not even close. From the first five minutes, my muscles are already shaking uncontrollably, and they keep shaking the entire class. This isn’t a light stretch or casual core session—it’s a full-body, strength-focused workout that pushes you harder than you thought possible. And somehow, you leave wanting more.
Every single class has been different—not a single repeat workout yet. That alone keeps me coming back, because I know I’m going to be challenged in a new way every time.
Aga, one of the lead instructors, is the perfect mix of tough love and comic relief. She will push you, absolutely—but she’ll also have you laughing mid-burn, and always makes sure you understand the movement and feel it where you should. Her attention to form and her energy make every class feel personal.
Huge shoutout to Erin, the owner, who clearly had a vision far beyond just opening a studio. La Forme is a community. It’s a space where women show up, work hard, support each other, and grow stronger together—physically and mentally. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident. Erin built it, and it’s something really special.
If you’re thinking about trying it, my best advice is: go. And then go again. The first class might feel intimidating, but keep showing up. Before long, you’ll realize you can do this—and more than that, you’ll realize you want to. Because this isn’t just about fitness. It’s about doing hard things and surprising yourself with your own strength.
La Forme isn’t just a workout. It’s a...
