Bought $150 pillow from this store and was told I had a 90 day trial. I had the pillow for maybe 30 days after giving it a fair try, and decided I couldn’t sleep on it. I needed something softer. I Went to bring it back in exchange for a different pillow and was refused to do so because I no longer had the box and packaging, which was not mentioned at the time of purchase. The store did nothing to help me in this situation, and I am now stuck with a very exspensive pillow that does me no good.

Your first sentence here makes it sound as if you dont believe this in store conversation where I was denied help, actually happened. Rest assure it happened, and I was given no help, nor resolutions. I was simply told there’s nothing the back company can do with out the box the pillow came in. I was not told I could even contact your customer service to resolve this. The sales woman I purchased the pillow from was the same one that was in the store when I tried to return it. She was young (college age). She is the only person I have spoken too at your company. She will remember me, trust me, we talked about the stock market for 20min when I bought the pillow, and she will remember that I left the pillow in her store and told her it’s hers after she denied me an exchange for a...
Read moreThe back store was not the first store we shopped at for a mattress, but it's definitely the last.. in other stores mattress shopping is awkward, you lay on a bed for all to see with your sales person staring at you. At the back store, our sales person gave us plenty of space and was loaded with so much information. I instantly felt that I could trust him and in the end he helped us find the most amazing bed. We were told that our bed would come in 4-7 weeks and promised that they would be in constant contact with us regarding the delivery status. I know that these type of things are out of their control, but to my surprise, our bed came in just 4 weeks. Delivery was fast and professional. Our bed came so fast that we didn't have time to grab pillows, so we headed back to the back store only this time we went to the galleria location, same great service and extremely knowledgeable sales associate. We love our new pillows and bed. We are sleeping so good right now! Things that I loved about this store . It is worth every penny because it is the heaviest, firmest body pillow you will find. It is a very firm body pillow which does not collapse under the weight of your body. It is very comfortable not hard. Fully supports your shoulders, hips, lower back, legs and other parts of your body. Sure it costs $ 195 when you add the tax but It will last for 20 years or more. Our old one still works. We just wanted a new fresh one. Plus, my husband is 6’5” tall and very muscular. Other body pillows quickly collapse.
