HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 1st experience: I brought a Cricut maker3 from this store, later, I discovered there's a scratch on top of the machine when I opened the box, so I brought the machine back to the store, ask for exchange or return. they told me all the Cricut product (include store brought) have to return through the Cricut company. I called Cricut customer service then, and I've been told that they only execpt return for the Cricut online order, and I have to return to the store if I brought from the store. I called the store again, told them what Cricut has just told me, they said sorry! their Cricut return policy will not allow them to return the machine! so they will not return it for me. At this point, I feel this is ridiculous!!! The next day, I brought the machine to an other Michaels store, just 10 minutes away from this location, and they only asked me was anything wrong with this. I said theres a miner cosmetic defect and they processed the return, and I brought other one. Different location have different Cricut return policy??? 2 nd Experience: I told myself not to go back to this store again, but I was just in the neighborhood yesterday, so I went to this location again, and regretted! I need a Cricut foil transfer kit, but was locked on the shelf, I looked around, and theres long line at the checkout with 3 cashier open. I saw a guy at the pickup area and ask him if anyone can help me to get that locked item? he said it has to be a minltnuts(the way his answer was almost like he snapped me), so I waited about 3 mints or so, I still don't see anyone else available, and I saw him( the same tall guy )was just standing in the pickup room and looking at those boxes, so I asked him again, " sorry to bother you , but do you know how long I have to wait for someone can help me? He answered me in a very unprofessional impaction tone: "I don't know, I'm busy now". wow, that was an unexpected answer!!! it probably will just take him maybe 1 or 2 mints to help me, but he refused in the very rude way. so I left the store without buying anything. And instead of anyone saying I stepped in poop, all the employees gathered together and was laughing & making fun of me smelling like dog poop! As new customers walked in the employees gave a description of me & told them how horrible I smelled. I was NEVER so embarrassed & humiliated. I will never go to Michaels again, thanks to your employees making an already bad situation the worst ever. Read moreI went in today for a sewing machine. They keep the sewing machines up front but have a paper slip you have to bring to the front. The line was extremely long and I wasn't sure if they even had the sewing machine in stock. I tried to find an employee but it seemed like there were none available besides the ones at the register and frames. I finally asked the worker in the frames section if they had the sewing machines in stock. She said she didn't know and I would have to wait in line to checkout.
