The management is cool, just a lot of nonsense with some of the residents. To many low income residents allowing non residents to live with them which brings on a host of social problems. The usual drug activity and hood issues. Also, a low income resident moved in to one of the buildings and infested the whole unit with cockroaches, in a matter of 2 months, this new resident infested at least 3 other units out of the total 6 units in the building, I can’t say which building, but make sure to ask about the problem, non of the complex had this issue. My grandmother is a resident there currently and been done asking for her window to get fixed cause it don’t even go up and if it slides up it’s extremely hard to put down for no reason. Can’t even smell outside air ever in there complained so many times but obviously they won’t do something till something happens to them or...
