Not too many juice bars around. I slowly grew an attachment to this place started buying the watermelon juice. My third visit, the young lady that took my ordered, answered a few questions for me about the menu. I was told the water juice comes with ice. She also suggested if i get the melon, it’s best with the milk as it comes. That day I proceeded with melon without milk and watermelon juice no ice. She was right, the melon is best with milk. But the watermelon without ice became my go to. Around my 5th time ordering from this place. Someone told me it was impossible to make the water melon without ice. She proceeded to tell me the they may have double blended it last time. I initially was 2 watermelon juices. But decided to get 1 after she said they “have” to make it with ice. I feel she insulated my intelligence by telling me a juice has to have ice. When I arrived. She asked if it looked the same as before. No! Then she said oh, they must have triple blended it. 😒 I started drinking it paid for it and decided not to return and just juice my own water melon at home. But, today i went to another location and they had nothing to say after I ask for watermelon juice...

The drinks they serve are delicious! The customer service isn't bad considering how busy it gets there, and most of the customers I see when I go there are men that just want to hang out, and I'm almost positive they bother the poor female cashiers.

The parking lot is pretty run down. It needs a lot of updating. The parking spaces' yellow marks are nonexistent. The walkway to get to the front door needs to be power washed. The whole outside of the building needs to be power washed. I didn't notice the inside was dirty like some reviews say, so I'm glad that's not an issue anymore.

I like to get something to drink from here about once a week or every 2 weeks because it is very sweet unless you're getting the fresh juices which those have natural sugars also that you have to watch out for.

Great smoothies but horrible cashier lady. Not sure if i will come again ! I came in to buy 8 smoothies and the cashier was talking to me bluntly without a smile or great customer service. I recommend everyone to try Bambu Dearborn Heights, they have wonderful smoothies and great team.

Update 1: i was told to give this place a second chance and i did. Came in to buy 6 smoothies and the cashier guy was amazing. Thank you for reading customers reviews and feedback! 4 stars 🌟 for now.

Update 2 : Please update your store hours, i drove 40 minutes to find out you guys were closed when you were supposed to be open!

Update 3 : last two visits, the smoothies were very icy!

Update 4 : Just been told from a former worker that you guys don't use fresh fruits and don't allow staff to see what the ingredients are!! So...
