Okay so when I walked in.....the place smelled like mold. It was filthy, I should have left right away but I needed braids and had no backup plan... think I was traveling soon or something. AS if being disgusting wasn't enough. They promised me two women to braid. I got one most of the time. I was there for hours. The woman (who might be the owner) was supposed to help. She seemed lazy. They had a back room. It looked like someone lives there. Also smelly and dirty. If u live there clean up!!!! Don't be a slob!! I'm preggers so I needed the bathroom....big misteak. Disgusting. Then - no card machine!!! I'm like are u kidding me? Why didn't u say so on the phone? I called for an appointment to ensure I didn't wait. They could have said something. Then they wouldn't finish my hair until I got them cash. Then they asked me to go to a gas station to get cash and said would u like to leave your stuff here? As If I wouldn't pay them!! I'm not the one living in a storage closet. I was highly offended, disgusted and I will never go...

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!! Don't do it.. 🙅🏾 I went in a week before Fourth of July to get my hair done in some faux locs.. It wasn't even seven days before my dreads came down .. Talking about pissed!!! 😡😡😡 I spented a lot of money with her and she even charge me an extra 20 for a style that I paid everybody else $250 for the same hair style.. Not to mention she have you sitting waiting about 30 to 45 mins to get started .. I called her and told her that my dreads was coming down and she told me to come in the next day and call before I come .. So I called her the next day she said she was in the hospital cause she hurt her back 😧 So I ask when would she be able to fix my hair and she said she'll call me and hung up on me.. Which was very unprofessional.. So she called me TWO days later to come get my hair fix.. She retwisted them and guess what they came right back down in a couple of days.. Never again!!!...

I called here and made an appointment on 09/03/21 for 09/05/21 and made it clear i would be bringing my own hair which they said was fine. i get there and am told the can't do my hair because the hair i brought(which I've been using for years) is too soft for Senegalese twists which is a lie. The salon was packed so it was clear they just wanted an excuse to turn me away but still ridiculously unprofessional. Thank God I was able to find another salon to do my hair the same day using the same hair they said was too soft. Please go somewhere else for your braiding needs.
