2/15/24 -(**) Lots of machines Broken , still nothing done about 2 holes above woman toilet you can see straight in smh , very very very disgusting DIRTY MACHINES.

7/2022 +() I actually reallly like this Location usually very clean +() staff is usually SUPER FRIENDLY .

-() 1 BIG BIG WASHER (Need at least 4 of those Extra EXTRA Large mega washers) . -() along the side large washer most of those are out of order. Large washers are very vital - had to take the trip to San Antonio to wash . Which I was not happy about but it happens please get this fixed . -(*) usually restrooms clean but last few times I come restroom toilets are very nasty also there is a hole above ladies toilet that you can see stright in to men's restroom ! Or they can peek at woman in restroom. I plug it with toilet paper .

This laundromat has gone to crap. Hardly anything works, and if it does, the machines have a tendency to steal your money. I went to the furniture store and spoke with the manager, Bree ( spelling of name unknown) she said to me that she would gladly take my name down and inform the owners. In my opinion, the owners don't care. Many of times have I lost a quarter here or there at this location and just imagine how many others have also. So it's safe to make an educated assumption that over the years all the people combined have lost an unknown amount of money yet the owners profit by it and refuse to fix the issue. Maybe they should move back to Hondo and take all their businesses with them. Sincerely, a long life...

Out of all the laundromats that I've been to this one is by far the nicest and cleanest one with the biggest selection of different size washer and dryers. They even have a soda and snack vending machines and TVs with different channels on to keep everyone entertained and plenty of rolling baskets and places to fold your clothes. They also have a vending machine for boxes of clothes soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets (certain brand only) in case you forgot or are washing/drying out of the blue. And has a change machine for bills: $1, $5,...
