Elenas ice cream — Restaurant in Devine

Very rude. One of the ice creams we ordered wasn't very good and didn't taste like watermelon. We asked if we can change it, they said no. They refused to change my order and they refused to refund me. I know it's just ice cream buy really? You can't change it? He they YELLED thats why they offer samples. I advise we were never offered one. Then he changed his mind and said he can refund it only. My sis and father were at the table watching the game eaiyibg for me. They actually turned off the TV so we wouldn't sit there eating our snacks. Just plain rude. I never once was rude or raised my voice. Very unprofessional. Horrible service. If possible just avoid this place altogether. Very ugly attitude...

I just wanted a coconada. Waited in line about 15 minutes although there were only a couple other people. Then was told about the $5 credit card minimum when I tried to pay for my order despite the fact this is posted nowhere for guests to be informed before the long wait times not to mention you're outside in the heat and no outdoor seating is available. In addition this place goes by 3 different names making it confusing. And lastly, hours are different from their Facebook page to Google, which says they are closed Sundays and Mondays. So unorganized.... 0...

We usually come here all the time and even thou they are slow they were worth it

However last time I came in 4/27/18 I ordered a kids party cup, which usually is topwed with kids candies on a sno cone.. my daughter is 4 and since we took it to go, we asked for it on the side in a separate cup because they get wet and extra sticky in the car

Anyways the rude girl behind the counter refused until I made her ask her mom.. she said they would this time.. WTH? And all around rude.. I may not return
