Three Times A Lady — Local services in Dickson

Up until today, I had fairly enjoyed going to 3xL. Just recently bought Brighton Apple Watch band, tons of lotions, etc - with the help of one of the nicest employees that they have (her middle name is Rose), this young lady has always treated me and mine with respect and complete joy- ☺️. But during Mother’s Day weekend my daughter purchased a perfume that she thought I did not have. Either that or she accidentally picked up the wrong box. When she gave me the gift, I noticed that it looked a lot like the one I already have and she thought that it wasn’t that it was slightly different. So we opened the box to take a smell. That was the wrong thing to do. Because according to three times a lady they do not give refunds on anything in the store. I contacted the owner and explain to them what had happened. Her reply was simple. It is store policy. My reply would be how can you surprise a loved one with perfume if you have to bring them in the store to let them smell it first ??? I mean, do you get to take home a tester? Nonetheless, very disappointed in the outcome of this situation. I literally opened the box and sprayed it once, and because the plastic wrap was broken, they would not take it back . I’m not the type of person that would stoop so low to try and find a way of manipulating to get $50 back. So just a heads up everyone - if you are wanting to surprise a loved one or family member you will have to bring them to the store to let them pick out their own perfume. I’ve been on the hunt for a new bra after weight loss surgery and have not had any luck for months and months. I had tried dozens of bras from everywhere, Amazon, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard’s, and was very underwhelmed. I found this shop as they were listed as a vendor for a bra style that I wanted to try. I called and asked if they had the style and size I wanted in stock and drove the hour to go try it on. I walked in this store and knew this place should have been my first and only stop on my bra hunt. They had every brand and style that I had already tried and some that I hadn’t.
