Bought expensive watch for husband's birthday. Asked all information about return. Woman did not mention anything about what I needed to Bring if I needed to return it. No box, receipt nothing "if he doesn't like it just bring it back and we will exchange it we don't give refunds but you can pick something else". The watch died 3 weeks of wearing it. When I took it back for exchange, I was told I had to have the box. would not make the exchange without the box. was a gift, who keeps a watch box? Came home tore the house apart looking for this box. No box. Out 140 dollars +tax for a watch that does not work. One thing they should do...full disclosure of return policy.
