Fast, friendly service by Jennifer and one of the owners. Jennifer knew everything on menu when asked to explain a few items I wasn't sure about and even recommended a favorite. It was lunch time and the place was full for the most part. Every thing was clean including the bathroom. The food was good. We tried several different items. The appetizers that we tried were Harumaki, Edamame, Gyoza, Cheese Wonton, and Fried Scallops. (We took most of this home for dinner for our family, but this way we could sample many items.) They were out of calamari the day we were here. All the appetizers were delicious. We got the House Salad with Ginger Dressing and Seaweed Salad to go, the were pretty basic. Under noodles and rice we got Mei Fun and Pad Thai. I'd have to say the Mei fun is one of my favorites now, reminded me of fried rice but with the super thin noodles that I love, yummy! AND lastly we each ordered Shrimp and Scallop Hibachi and one Teriyaki of the same. They were both full of the seafood the only negative thing that I would have to say was my noodles on my Hibachi could of been warmer her rice with the Teriyaki was steaming hot. Other than that it was one of the best lunch experiences especially for the price. Dollar for dollar you get your moneys...
Read moreFirst of all let me say the food is really really good. We had 2 hibachi lunch plates with steak and chicken, the cheese wontons, and fried scallops. All of it was delicious. And the portions are huge.
The place is a counter walk-up. You get a number and seat yourself. There is no atmosphere to speak of in the finding room. It’s large and cold with no character. But the place is very very clean. So, kudos!
I will say that the customer-facing employees are rude, brief, and pushy. They look completely miserable doing what they’re doing, and seem very impatient. I am sure the elderly country folk of the area get intimidated when they’re ordering. I mean, I got intimidated while ordering and I am in my late 30s and have been all over the world lol - all to say, the experience from the staff isn’t great, and they ask for a tip - cuz America.
All in all, the food was great and we’d go back. But if you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience,...
Read moreI came here two times and each time there was an older gentlemen that would keep being disrespectful with his employee and would belittle him on the spot. I brought my laptop and started doing some work and assignments while enjoy the delicious food. My whole time there that older gentlemen would constantly attack the young worker. While I was working on my laptop the older man came and kept trying to peak at my screen. Eventually he insisted on me leaving and asked if I planned on staying all day. I wanted to take advantage of the fact that place wasn’t busy and it has good food. I will no longer be coming here and supporting that foul...
