Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dorado

I am a local of this area and this is the first time this has happened in this store and I have never been more dissapointed in how bad the costumer service of this location has recently been. When ordering for delivery they asked me to call in 40 minutes because the delivery team member was on his break... and they couldn't ask for my order untill he arrived back... after waiting for 40 minutes and calling again they told me in the most rude way possible that the delivery couldn't be done since the delivery team member was out in a delivery. After reviewing other costumers reviews now I understand the bad quality and the down spiral of the service of this location. If I could rate 0...

Rude cashier. Was one of the first people when they opened. I said good morning multiple times a In English and Spanish, and she just ignored me and didn’t even have a welcoming face. She looked like she was miserable to be at work(don’t we all feel that way sometimes?) just don’t show it to the customer smh. Didn’t thank me for coming or anything.

Customer service must not be an important factor to this...

Ordered a gerbetini pasta (Pizza Hut Dorado) about 5pm. Delivery guy shows up around 40 minutes later. When we opened the box the pasta was all over the box. Guess the guy took a sharp turn or something. I called the store right away. They said they would send us a new one, it got here over an hour later. It was dry and just warm. We were so hungry we weren't going to complain again. So much...
