Spoke with Jodie who was very responsive, and very helpful, but my experience with a recent purchase was disappointing to say the least. I thought I caught a good deal online and purchased a Yamaha soundbar for my family room. Dealparade turned around quickly and shipped the item however based off the other ratings, could have been a scam due to its uncanny similarity with delivery issues and myself having never received the product.
"Shipping" caused quite a nightmare scenario for me. I tracked my item as having been delivered and "handed to customer" two days prior to the estimated delivery date. I caught this not 5 minutes after this tracking status changed on Fed Ex. The exact status was "Delivered. Handed to customer." I reached out to Fed Ex immediately and they told me they will contact the carrier and provide me with an update no later than 2 hours. 6 hours later I called them back and they told me it was delivered to the wrong address and the package was retrieved, but they would not deliver to me until 2 days later. How was that my problem? You make the commitment and you make the mistake, you should deliver on your own dime in promised time.
Following that, Fed Ex kept my tracking information as "delivered. Handed to customer", the wrong customer. They continued to provide me with zero communication, and since I can no longer track the actual current location of my package I reached out to Dealparade. They assured me they would contact FedEx and get back to me. It's now days after the original delivery and I have not received the package, or any updates from either source. As any person in my situation probably would, I requested a refund in which Dealparade obliged.
My concern was how do I know I will actually receive this package, if ever, with the lack of communication? Will I be actually receiving the item as listed, or something beat down which doesnt work properly because it was delivered to the wrong address for a day? Will I actually receive all the original equipment that was supposed to come in box? Will it be in one piece? Will it be left on my doorstep, and if it's gone when I get home from work, do I just continue to assume it's still in transit? For how long?
I would not recommend and will not be purchasing again. Be cautious of the other reports on here that have had to go through eerily...
