I wonât deny that their products look and are great, but their customer service is the worst. My wife ordered two pieces from their online shop, the two pieces were delivered on time. When we opened the box one of the dresses came stained and with ornament defect. Since we are like one hour away from their shop; I travel constantly for work and we have two kids. It took us a couple weeks to make the trip down. My wife reached out to them and explained that one of the pieces she bought came with defects. The response she got was âsorry but that dress was on clearanceâ. The responses from the shop stopped after she indicated that; yes, we are aware that the dress was on sale but it doesnât mean you should ship it with defects. Within the 20 days of purchase, we went to their physical store to exchange the piece or at least have some sort of solution from the seller. I walked into the store a lady approached me asking if I needed help. I explained very respectfully the situation, the lady responded with a very bad attitude, that she already told my wife that we purchased the piece in clearance and there was nothing to do about it. My wife at this point walks in the store with our daughter and continues to explain her, that the item came already defected. The young lady continues to insist that there is NO way that item left the store with the defects and pointed out that we could of caused them ourselves!? At this point, I tell my wife to grab everything and walked at the door. My wife stays behind trying to make reason to what we found out at that time was the MANAGER of the store. My wife insisted to her that we did not want our money back, we just wanted them to do right by something defective that they sent.She finally says she can give us the same dress but in a slight different color. My wife informs her, she is ok with the exchange. Honestly even if she would of said, I will have someone fix it and send it back to you. We would of been ok with that. But she didnât have the decency to offer any solution. The MANAGER still walks to the back sharing with other employees, that she has to make this exchange even tho there is NO way the sent the defective dress!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!! We honestly went all the way there, with the intention of purchasing a couple pair of shoes and even a new dress for our daughter. But who would want to give more money to this very poor customer service!!! Oh! On another note: when my wife contacted them via IG and mention she had to come in to talk about some issues with the purchase, the answer stated Already the model of the dress that was defected! So, how did they know witch dress she was referring to? She purchased two of them. Could of been the other one. They clearly knew what was going on and tried to get away with it, since it was shipped and not purchased...

I have a 12 year old daughter and every time I wanted to dress her I couldn't find anything, either the outfits I like were super expensive or there was no substance. So I always ended up asking a friend or a family member to bring me something from Spain for her. A couple of months ago, I ended up coming here because my friend told me about Yoyo. Let me tell you, I don't regret it for a second. (Yes parking is a hazle on Miracle Mile right now, but they have tickets for the garage across Books & Books, just one minute from the boutique) The first time I visited Yoyo, I bought several dresses for my daughter for some events we had, and I also bought a knitted outfit for my friend who just gave birth. They have the cutest little outfits for babies. I come to this boutique very often and the owner helps me with all of my needs. Very friendly environment, AMAZING I FEEL THAT IM HOME !!
