TLDR: EAT HERE IF YOU LIKE WORMS/MAGGOTS
Starting off we were seated by the bar area, where we could see the entrance from where we were sat, our seating was clearly an afterthought and our server worked at the bar, and understandably spent most of his time helping at the bar.
This was upsetting as our seating was so bad after calling ahead to check on wait time for our group of 5, adding all of our family on the waitlist on their app before our 30 minute car ride, and then waiting for an additional ~10 minutes upon arrival.
We immediately ordered 2 appetizers and drinks and the drinks and one appetizer came fairly quick and they were great, at this point we ordered our main courses and started waiting.
After a while our second appetizer, fried calamari came and it came in baseball sized clumps of dough mixed with squid, along with the sauce being completely wrong, they gave us Alfredo sauce (cream, butter, cheese) for calamari. An employee came over and apologized for this issue and a very nice lady who seemed to be a manager quickly addressed this issue by MAKING THEM HERSELF, something the cook could not do himself.
At this point we’re sitting here for 20-30 min and we finally get our breadsticks, salad, and our main courses shortly after. The food was tasteless and cold, it was honestly upsetting to eat when all we wanted to do was sit down and eat.
Shortly after my son finds a fried maggot/worm in his fries after which we lost all of our appetite.
The manager (a guy) in a red shirt tried initially to “fix the issue” by replacing the fries that contained the fried maggot… but we were done, after which the check was dropped.
From more than 15 years of going to various olive gardens across the US this is by far the first time I left hungry and upset.

Read moreIt was the waitress that we had that made the experience. God, I wish I knew her name. Small Spanish lady appeared to be in her 50s extremely polite. My boyfriend and i started argiung who got to take the bread sticks home, and she brought me a fresh bag of bread sticks and him a fresh bag of bread sticks, so we could both have fresh bread sticks to take home! I told her she is worth more than Olive Gardens. Not that Olive Gardens is not good. It's more like she would get larger tips at higher end Mishlin restaurants. Leaving with 50 to 100 dollar tips per table. Not have to share with bussers and hostesses. She could just keep it all. I really hope she did take all the tip money. I think it's very unfair when you have to bust the tables and then share with people who do less work than you do. I don't like it. But anyway. Back to her. She was an absolutely amazing person, and we felt honored to be served by her. Whoever you are a Spanish 50 year old lady. You made us very happy! Olive Gardens is not what I would call a top of the line restaurant. But your service sure made it feel like I was eating at the Casa Blanka Hotel in some exotic country. I hope the other wait staff learns something from her. And I hope management appreciates her for all she does. They should also feel honored to have such an amazing person as herself work there. Because at the end of the day, it's the staff that creates the environment for any business to thrive. The owner of Olive Gardens could never create even one dish on his own menu. But I already know his staff sure can. It was Henrey Ford who said he could never build a car, but he hired talented people who could. At the end of the day, this woman is born with talent, and that is something that can...

Let me just say—Olive Garden never disappoints, but this location took things to a whole new level!
From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was spotless. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a top priority, from the sparkling floors to the immaculate restrooms. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing meal with family.
Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely incredible! The breadsticks were warm and buttery, just as expected, and the salad was fresh and crisp. Our entrées were hot, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I had the Chicken Marsala, and it was honestly the best I’ve had. My husband devoured his Tour of Italy and is already asking when we can come back!
But what really made this visit unforgettable was the staff—every single team member was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Our server/ bartender great suggestions was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
And the star of the night? General Manager Deory. You can tell right away that Deory runs this restaurant with pride and passion. He made his rounds to the tables, checking in with guests, chatting with a warm smile, and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. You don’t see that level of leadership and hospitality everywhere. It was clear his team respected him and that his presence made the whole experience feel even more special.
If you’re looking for an amazing dinner with top-tier service, clean surroundings, and leadership that truly cares, this Olive Garden is a must-visit. Major kudos to Deory and the team—you all are doing an exceptional job!
