What a rediculously comically bad experience. I clicked on an advertisement to buy a product they listed on FB. After entering my info & PayPal info, the email receipt showed a different product (color,design)than advertised on FB. I emailed immediately, requesting a modification to my order. The response, 45 minutes later, was, "Orders can't be modified" and that the calendar I requested was more expensive, but I could purchase the other calendar in addition to the one they were sticking me with, with their "personal discount code." So I requested a refund and was told that they charge for cancelation (for "restocking" and reverse "charges", less than an hour later). I emailed, telling them I had canceled with PayPal and was refunded. Only then, did they email back offering to modify my order- the very thing they should have done to begin with.. I said no thanks. Sometime after midnight, an email with a tracking number came. I emailed them demanding to know why, and they emailed back stating that the order was canceled and advised me to disregard any tracking info. TWO months later, I received another tracking number. I was fit to be tied. They stated that the dispute was still pending on their end. Basically, they just submitted tracking info to PayPal, to force payment. PayPal ate the cost of this transaction, and sure enough, they mailed it to me. When I contacted PayPal about it, they said that I would not be charged (I haven't) and to keep it as a gift. I refused/returned the package to the degenerate company. I have never seen a small business work so hard to force their bad business onto others. My guess is that they pull this stuff a lot and get paid by PayPal. PayPal did say that when they take on expenses, they begin reviewing and monitoring customer complaints to determine if a company will be allowed to continue using their e-commerce services. Glad I didn't use my bank or credit card. This business is an absolute clown show with an array of cheesy products that can be found on many websites for far less and no hassel. I ordered the Nakatomi Tower advent calendar & was stunned at the low quality. It’s cheaply made & when I tried it out the first time, the magnet came off the back of Hans Gruber. I immediately requested a refund. The person I dealt with by email was very polite (I guess it was a real person). They would only refund 20%, but I accepted anyway. I had been planning to give it as a gift but it was so poor quality I was embarrassed to. Also, I found out later the exact same thing is available on Amazon for a fraction of the price.
