Becaful! i order the washer and dryer at this store. Then canceled my order before they deliver it. They told me that i can get my money back at the store. it's more than 10 days now. i couldn't get my money back! Somebody said'i pick up already! How could i pick up the washer and dryer? Somebody said my order wasn't washer and dryer! Somebody said the company was closed. What company? i order it at home depot! I called customer service nobody pick it. i e-mail. The answer is don't know why? Why? Tell me why? Why keep my money for many excuse?
I haven't get my money back yet! Let's see when i could get my money back? i did back to home depot one week ago! A guy told me that he give me back my money already! But i haven't received yet even now! They are playing game! i got late fee for many things.....Think about this before you pay your money to them!! i don't know when i can get my money back when Home depot Since they playing game even now! I worked hard to make money! Sleep less 4 hours everyday! It's not easy start my own business. Many thing needs money to pay. But they keep my money for no reason! It's a real terrible experience! Somebody who told me that he return my money already last Monday told me he doesn't know anything! i have to talk to Albert. i called Albert,he said he doesn't know also then hang up my phone. i tried to call again,he didn't pick up. Read moreI gave 5 stars because I don't see any reason not to. It was well-organized and clean, I was able find things easily, and employees seemed nice too. I didn't need to ask for help, but if I had, I'm sure they would have helped me, as I saw other customers being helped when they asked. Prices are kind of high, but all Home Depots are like that. They had a good selection of things I would expect them to carry, like bathroom fixtures, which is one of the things I looked for. I also looked for headlamps and found many to choose from. Finally, I looked for windshield wipers, but I didn't find any, even though I have seen them listed online. However, automotive things are not really HD's specialty, so I won't count it against them. It is just a convenient bonus that they sell some automotive things you can buy while picking up hardware supplies or whatever you need to do some house work. I did find Rainx spray, so that was helpful.
Check-out was quick and easy - they also have self-checkout which is easy.
Outside in the parking lot, however, there was a very annoying, giant machine that had some kind of blue light and what looked like a big solar panel. The annoying part is that some kind of pre-recorded announcement went off *very loudly every 5 minutes or so, saying: "Please do not tamper with the device." It would then repeat in Spanish.
I have no idea why, other than perhaps it was meant to deter loitering?? Still, it was jarring and annoying. But other than that, the parking lot was in good shape, with plenty of space and clear signs and road markings. So, all in...
Read moreBought a dresser on Nov. 9th online, and I asked for it to be delivered at the home depot Flagler store since its close to my house. Estimated date to pick up was Nov. 18th, however, when I check over the phone it said the package was received and they were getting it ready for me to pick up. Rewind to Nov 22nd I called customer service because I didn't understand what was taking so long if the stored already received the dresser. The person who I spoked to told me the store didn't know what happen to the package. They claim to have never received it, although, UPS delivered the packaged on Nov. 11th and it was signed by someone at the store ( I wont say his name). This person when I spoke to him wasn't rude but just cleaned his hands and said we don't know what happen to the package and send me to speak to the help desk. My issue with this situation is that no one was planning to inform me about the lost package. No one called or send an email to discuss a refund or offer me to send another one. Did they think the person who bought the dresser was never going to ask for their package?? What happen to the dresser?? How did it get lost? Did they give it away to someone else? So many questions unanswered. Whoever is in charged of the stored should look into workshops on how to deal with treating customers and also look into why things get "lost".
