Update to the Update:
I had to go through the whole process again of explaining everything to multiple people, but after a few transfers I finally got to someone who was competent enough to fix the billing issue AGAIN. Based on it resurfacing this past time I’m pretty much resolved to the fact that this is probably going to be one of those situations where I have to start all over with them every few years. I’m ready for the next time though. I will be collecting $$$ the next time this company harasses me. I’m telling you, just walk away from this company. It will be the best decision you’ll never know you made.
Update:
After writing this review over a year after I was FINALLY able to get erroneous charges wiped from my record, somehow those same billing error charges have magically resurfaced and have been sent to an attorney’s office for collections. It’s been resolved for a year. Here we go again. Not going through this again. About to sue this company into oblivion.

Just google "Rotech Class Action Lawsuit" and it will tell you all you need to know. They still actively partake in the same bad business practices that they were sued for. I personally dealt with it. They would bill me for accessories they wouldn't send me. I tried to get them to just take me off the auto accessory deliveries and that turned into over a years worth of nightmare. And that relates to employees both at this local office and in their corporate call center. Just endless pushing off responsibility, not following through, not caring about helping you fix the issue, endless phone calls having to re-explain stuff to endless amounts of representatives. After over a year of this I had to explain that I was literally about to reach out to the attorney's office that had previously handled the class action lawsuit, ONLY THEN, did someone care to actually fix the issue. I had to run up the chain through several multiple tiers and that person who FINALLY resolved the thing literally read the notes and was like "Oh yea, its pretty obvious what happened here. I see everything. I'll wipe these charges out and you won't receive anymore threatening letters." I forgot to include that part. THEY were sending ME legally threatening letters. But this just illustrates the total incompetence and lack of care by every single employee that I had to speak to and re-explain things to for over a year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Your doctor is going to send you to them as if that's what you have to do. And you not knowing your options you're going to go there thinking that is your only option. And they will set you up on everything as if its just the only way to do things. You aren't familiar with how the sleep apnea world works yet. They are. You don't have to even go through any of these companies. But certainly do not use this one. This company has changed addresses and recreated their google page an incredible amount of times. They told homehealth they sent the order. Week later when following up on walker found out they did NOT. We were without medical equipment we needed simply because they wanted the money. Insurance paid 100% of everything yet they won't return my credit for 2 months.
