If I could leave a lower review I would. DO NOT shop here, they discriminate against people. I am hearing impaired and wasn't able to stop in due to being under the weather. My husband knew about a specific product that I brought up before and went to go get it for me. First, I couldn't even use the video camera or a photo for him to show me that the product I wanted is the correct one because they do not allow video or camera to be taken. Which as a deaf /HoH person it is not accessible. (I also have to have a translator to relay spoken messages from him to me over the phone). Then when he went to buy the product, he thought it was, they refused to sell to him because they can't verify the age of the person he is buying for (me) which they could have allowed him to bring me up on his camera to show them my identification, but again, no accomodations for disabled individuals (which means even those homebounds and unable to leave the house can't buy products freely). Considering it is a business they have to provide any means necessary for me to communicate with them, especially according to the ADA Civil Rights Act Title III. So walked in The store after a long hard day, wanted to get in get out, Got in, got carded, and turned away. Wish i could give the places 10 percent of a star for one main reason.. no return policy on something that you have not been used at all and can literly be hung back up is a huge let down. Overall i strongly encorage no one to go here cause life happens and when your spending your hard earned money on something knowing that if you change your mind you can take it back is a big deal.
