I ordered 3 end tables from Liddon Furniture. They had to be ordered b/c they only had one in stock. Was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks for them to arrive. Of course I had to pay for the end tables before they could order them. When it had been 8 weeks, I called them to ask if my end tables were in and I was told that the tables I wanted were no longer available from the manufacturer. THANKS FOR CALLING ME AND LETTING ME KNOW! I had to go back to Liddon, picked out a similar end table that of course was more expensive and they were placed on order. These end tables did arrive before 8 weeks...it took 6 & a half weeks. I was called when they received these end tables and was told to give them a day or two so my 3 end tables could be put together. They called me a day later and since I wanted them ASAP, I had my husband go to their store, pick them up and bring them home. These 3 end tables are beautiful and massive. I would have preferred to have had the first ones I ordered but these would have been my second choice. We did discover that one of the end tables was put together backwards but I’m lucky to have a husband that can fix and correct anything. He took the end table apart and put it back together correctly. We didn’t bother sending the end table back to Liddon for them to fix b/c we may never have gotten the end table back. I think the salesman that helped up was named Mark but he was not much a salesman... not very knowledgeable about furniture, didn’t have much of a personality and doesn’t bother to keep his customers up to date with the status of their furniture that’s on order. HE MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE LIDDON FAMILY. Besides the 3 end tables, we also purchased a cowhide rug, 2 deer antler table lamps and a metal windmill clock. WE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY AT LIDDON FURNITURE. We never received a follow-up call from anyone at Liddon asking if we were satisfied with our puchases and we never received a thank you. Yes, they sell a lot of the Joanna Gaines/Magnolia collection but if you see something you like, it will have to be ordered and it’s all over-priced. Target and Pier One Imports both sell Joanna Gaines merchandise and furniture + you can order anything on the internet with free shipping. We were very disappointed with our experience at Liddon Furniture and we don’t plan on doing business with them again. They really need to work on their customer service and be appreciative of...

I walked into Liddon on a Friday morning after being suggested by friends and family, I had seen and heard about this business online as well. Upon entering the show floor I was immediately taken back with all the beautiful furniture and decor. It was a bit over whelming at first but I loved all of it. Trouble was deciding what couches to pick out with my budget I had in mind. After walking into the next room I immediately locked eyes on this love seat and sat down and knew it was what I wanted. In comes Shannon who asked if I needed any help. She was very friendly and answered all questions I had about the furniture. I went with the Sofa and matching Loveseat, got it delivered the following Monday. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my purchase. I'm already planning to come back for other decor and accessories. Thanks so much to Shannon for helping me and the delivery guys for being quick and efficient as well.

Horrible service, I called a head of time to make sure I had all the information I needed before I made my 40mints trip. When I arrive Maggie the lady who assisted me over the phone stated I needed to complete an application online. Even thou I called a head of time regarding all this information. Not once did she mention to be that they will be closing soon even after I said il just take care of it over the phone. We'll I step outside as I didn't want my personal information heard in the entire store and completed the application. I attempted to go back in the store to find out the door was lock 2 mints after closing time. I try to get her attention but they are pretty good at ignoring you. Really!! Who treats clients this way. I guess I will take my $1500 purchase...
