I DO NOT recommend this store. The owner has horrible Policies, does not train her employees well, and she is a liar. I Purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter's mix Latino class. I was unsure they were the proper shoes. But, the young lady that help me at the time of purchase told me I can exchange them if they were the incorrect shoes. I was not ready to buy at that time, but the sales rep push the shoes on me and promise that I can return them. When I took them back to return the owner would not exchange them. The owner stated that there was a policy of no return or exchanges after 10 days. I told her I was not aware of this Policy and the young lady that sold me the shoes assured me that I can exchange the shoes as long as that was not worn. The owner went on and pointed out on my receipt their return policy. I admit, I was wrong for not reading the receipt. But, I took it for granted and trusted the sales rep word. I kindly ask the owner if she would make an exception and exchange them for the correct shoes. The shoes that I purchased were not worn at all. But, the owner stated that she was not the owner and that it would come out of her pocket because the shoes were not in the system anymore. This made no sense to me but she went on stating that she was not the owner and she did not make the rules. Come to find out this lady is the owner of the store. She is a liar! And this is the reason why I'm writing this lengthy review. The owner was not helpful at all, she was rude, she lied, and could care less for her customer who has been given her business for over 2 years. First of all, The owner needs to train her employees to make sure that the customers understand the policies. Second, the return policy needs to be modified to satisfy the customers. As far as I'm concerned, customer always comes 1st. I will now take my business elsewhere and I'll make sure to tell everyone...

I came to purchase dress my daughter needed for her performance. I found it on the rack but not in her size. I asked the emplyee if she had it in a small, she went to the back and found it. The dresses on the rack were both priced at $16.99 aswell as the deess she brought out from rhe back. I told her I would take it. Thats when she said the price is wrong it $26.99 not $16.99. Today I went to buy my daughter her ballet shoes. There is everything that you will need for dance. For example, they have every style of dance shoes. Also, they have the bags that you could put the costumes in. The bag for the costumes, it has a lot of space. There's pockets where you could put shoes, accessories, etc. The service is amazing.
