We needed a washer bad and on a Sunday!! Who was open but Johnnie's Appliances!! Awseome!! Went there and picked out our washer. I couldn't wait for a delivery so I loaded the washer on my truck with the help of my wife and the sales person that sold us the washer. Sorry didn't get her name but she was great, THANK YOU!! Got home and connected it myself and ran my first load of clothes. Started making some sort of clicking sound but not too loud. So we then ran a second load and the movement of the drum was making an even louder noise and at a certain spot it stop running and drained all the water that was inside. Clothes were not washed but soaking wet. At this point the washer did not want to turn on at all. On thing I understood from the salesperson is that the appliances are checked thoroughly before being placed on the showroom for sale. I'm seeing a lot of reviews with my same situation!! So I make a service call an they are able to help me an send a service tech 2 days later and came at the time I was told and was very professional and told me there were 3 parts that needed replacing that he would come back a soon as the parts were received. I called back to check status of parts , the next day, the parts were in and told me they were shorts staffed that I would not get another service call for another 6 days!!!!! pending any cancelations. I didn't make a fuss but sounded a lil upset about that over phone. Not too happy but was going to wait. Well I did get a call back that same afternoon and was told that there was a cancelation for the next morning. AWSOME!!!. I immediately agreed to it.. the tech came out during the time I was told , installed parts and washer is working fine , so far. Only been a week so crossing my fingers. Being a new customer you would think they would jump through hoops to make you happy. All in all I was, but the washer having immediate problems and being told 6 days till my next service date.    Read moreI have been looking online for a Jenn Air range. I have always wanted one, as I love to cook and bake. My hubby asked me to find what I want for my bday. After looking online for months. I searched 10/29 & l found it! I drove over 1.5 hours to pick it up and I get there and the griddle that is displayed in the picture was not there. The lame excuse was "we sold it to a lady who bought the other Jenn Air a couple days ago, she paid the extra $150 for it"...Ok so you take it from the one I purchased and do not tell me? Then Jerry sd "Oh we can give u this griddle"... I was like "why would I purchase a high end range and put just any griddle on it???" Then he goes on line and says oh you couldn't get it anyway bcz it is on backorder. I thought that was pretty funny bcz at the same time, I found it online and ordered the genuine part for $50. So they charge the so called "other lady" 3x the cost of the original for a nice 200% profit. I then sd well deduct $50 for the griddle, he sd "I cant do that". So not only did they falsely advertise the item,they over charged someone for the griddle that was on the range I purchased. Damn, I hope the range works...smdh...NEVER AGAIN...Next complaint to the BBB.I was never told over the phn there was no griddle...that is a flat out lie!!! or why would I ask foe one and why would you...
   Read moreLiterally bought a stove yesterday and was told delivery would be between 9am-1pm and they would call 30 mins prior. They called around 10 and we WAITED. An hour passed and we called, they said oh we waited 20 mins outside and no one answered. NO ONE EVER CAME. We had a family member doing yard work outside, and someone in the living room by the door ready to answer. No one ever showed up. They gave us a Covid excuse “we can’t go in because of a possible exposure risk” THEN WHY DID WE PAY FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. This was horrible. An entire morning wasted. We needed the range ASAP and that’s why we bought it. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re picking and installing yourself.
Update: they were able to bring it today, and the two men who installed it were VERY professional and respectful. Came up to the door and knocked, did what they had to do and gave us some tips for the oven. Did run into a bump when the oven wasn’t heating up and they immediately called their technician come over to see if they can take a look. After they finished installing the tech came within an hour or so and quickly fixed the problem. Again all three men were working efficiently and professionally.
