Service is terrible. Twice I called in a phone order only to wait 15 minutes the 1st time and 20 minutes ( still on the phone when I arrived) the 2nd time. I could hear everything going on behind the counter and to make things worse, while I was still waiting on the phone, they answered their second phone line and took other phone orders first!!! Being on lunch break and short for time is tough enough, having to deal with incompetent workers only makes things worse. If this situation can get any worse it did. The female manager stated when I asked why was I on hold so long and why did she take other phone orders first, she said "we were busy." I heard all the laughing and goofing off behind the counter while on hold! She offered no apology. They lost a long time...

I regularly visit both locations in Montebello and Downey because La Never offers a healthy menu at a reasonable cost and great taste. However, my review has a 2 star not for their food but for the long wait to get your order even if you had phoned in. The reason for the delay is that there's not a separate register that takes care of online order and phone orders. I strongly suggest management to implement a better system to orders in general. Get their veggie sandwich on a croissant. Pretty good. Açaí bowl was also good. Customer service was good. At the time I was there they were running a promo where if you donate 7 canned food items you get a free smoothie. That was cool of them. I like their smoothies although it could be $$. They have a loyalty points program that can tracked with your credit card that you swipe. It was very easy and fast to apply.
