Service is terrible. Twice I called in a phone order only to wait 15 minutes the 1st time and 20 minutes ( still on the phone when I arrived) the 2nd time. I could hear everything going on behind the counter and to make things worse, while I was still waiting on the phone, they answered their second phone line and took other phone orders first!!! Being on lunch break and short for time is tough enough, having to deal with incompetent workers only makes things worse. If this situation can get any worse it did. The female manager stated when I asked why was I on hold so long and why did she take other phone orders first, she said "we were busy." I heard all the laughing and goofing off behind the counter while on hold! She offered no apology. They lost a long time customer today.
