From the moment we submitted an offer through the closing process, we knew where we were at each step of the way. Their communication was so clear that any questions we had were minimal, but they were prompt to respond to those as well. We also appreciated the very fast turnaround - offer submitted/accepted, sales contract signed, and sent to Disney for right of first refusal within 8 hours!
