I went today to this place becuse to love it for their massage services and ambiance but unfortunately not anymore,today and last time a got a bad experience and because I’m frustrated i decided to leave a review one month ago I went there and massage was good but was noisy because people who are working there laughing a lot and speaking very loud when you’re trying to relax and enjoy the process also they start to sell the special oil for massage witch it’s the same as regular but they charge additional 10$ in the end I paid in cash gave 100$ and she charged 80$ for one hour and 10$ for oil ,she was asking me about tip and told to get 10$ but she took 20$ and left without to give me a change also wanna mention that they are very insistent to get the tips for their services and making you feel very uncomfortable,today i gave a try and got a lady that didn’t speak English she was asking if i want walk on back and couldn’t understand what she wants because she was keep saying welcome back 10 time …))))) finally a figure and got a horrible massage because she was jumping on my back with her full body!!! Now my back and rest of my body hurting,i ask for one hour of relaxation massage and got one hour of torture! Also the entire session was very noisy because they are very loud when speaking and laughing and making noise it’s impossible to relax!!! When she finished didn’t clean my body and i was completely oiled and walked out the the exit to pay for massage session and she was running behind me to get the tip I said not tip today sorry because may back hurting and they was speaking something in Chinese that I couldn’t understand,this business it’s going down and hopefully they will change something. I use to recommend and visit this place but looks like it’s time to find...

I was assigned to the expert hands of Sarah. I booked a 75-minute massage, primarily for chronic lower back pain that’s been a stubborn companion for far too long.

At times it felt like she was gently unraveling the pain, layer by layer, until my muscles finally let go. It was the kind of focused, intentional bodywork that only comes from someone who truly knows their craft.

By the time the session ended, I felt transformed—lighter, looser, and genuinely pain-free for the first time in weeks. I left Massage Oasis not just relaxed, but genuinely grateful. This wasn’t just a massage; it was a healing experience.

I have been a loyal customer at Massage Oasis for over 15 years, appreciating their skilled therapists and the serene ambiance. However, my recent experience has compelled me to reconsider my patronage.

A month ago, I booked a massage session, specifically requesting certain therapists based on past positive experiences. Despite the advanced booking, my requests were not honored, which was disappointing.

Furthermore, I've noticed a significant shift in the establishment's tipping culture since the change in management two years ago. While a 20% tip was previously considered standard and generous, the current management now expects tips of 35% or more. Post-massage, there were comments implying that a 20% tip was inadequate, which I found quite off-putting.

The therapists at Massage Oasis are undoubtedly talented, but the management's approach leaves much to be desired. Their lack of business acumen and pressure for higher tips have marred the overall experience.
