The staff here is incredible, not only friendly but very knowledgeable. From day one, they have treated us like family. We went through 4 other pool companies before finding the Dr. Phillips Pinch a Penny, including another PAP store. Just didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling while dealing with them. I was in the Dr. Phillips area and came upon this store. From my first inner action with Mike and Brad, I was impressed with the way they helped me. I took a chance with them, and so glad I had. Our pool has looked like a resort pool once they took over the upkeep. Our pool man Carlos is so nice and friendly. If I have a question, and he is not sure, he calls the store and they are able to answer all of my questions. If you want honest answers to even the hardest questions, this is the place. I called this Pinch A Penny store today since Q Pools was a no show for a first repair apointment this morning @10am. They also declined my calls and text messages, while they specifically knew my pool had no flow!

Kushar was very understanding. Technician Jess stopped by following my call on their busy Friday. He has an expertise knowledge and experience about every aspect of pool repairs. Meanwhile Kushar dropped off necessary parts, and the pool was running again. I am so thankful and grateful for Kushar as he handled this issue in a time manner just so the chemistry of the water is restored, avoiding more serious issues. Their store will now be my location to weekly test the water, purchase chemicals and schedule service calls.
