Spa Blue — Local services in Dr. Phillips

I’ve contemplated for a while on whether or not I should take the time to leave a poor review. After my fantastic experience at another clinic last week, it reminded me about how poor my experience was with Spa Blue earlier this summer. It seems there is a fall off with communication and what clients are there for, no regard for how long you are waiting after your appointment time, which then results into rushing through your procedure, all while be given a sales pitch to entirely different procedures. The procedure I had, I had great results from in the past but it was from another provider out of state. I received the same procedure at Spa Blue and didn’t come close to receiving comparable results. I am guessing that is because I sat waiting and waiting and waiting, I was about to leave once I realized they didn’t even have me down for the correct appointment, they hurried to get my service started and completed but rushed through my procedure. I’m sure they still wanted to receive my nice $700 payment that day. Very disappointing. Whether a client is coming in for a simple facial or thousands of dollars worth of services, they are trusting you to take care of them, and you should. I have worked in the aesthetics field for several years. Including 4 years at a very prestigious and well renowned plastic surgeon. So my expectations for medical spas is probably more critical then other patients. I must say I have been extremely happy with Spa Blue and its staff. Spa Blue is in a great location, with easy access & free parking. I have been going to Spa Blue for over a year now and almost every time I have been I get called back to a room within 5 minutes. Once I go back to a exam room it is typically less then 5 minutes before Janet Beres PA-C (injector) comes into the room. Janet Beres PA-C is not only a talented injector but she is also very knowledgeable and typicallyl well versed in the latest and greatest cosmetic and anti-aging procedures and techniques available. With her years of experience Janet Beres PA-C has perfected her technique to provide spectacular results. She also typically has a wealth of knowledge, including but not limited to medical knowledge. The spa location in Dr Phillips is convenient and perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall quality of life, self-confidence and health. Janet is all around knowledgeable in every aspect of beauty, health and skincare. Years ago, I had a small blemish that seemed to be an inflammation, well Janet mentioned cinnamon consumption and we did our usual skincare protocol and it solved my skin inflammation!
